LTTE re-establishes top level links with South Africa

April 12 (Hindustan Times) The LTTE has re-established top-level links with South Africa. The Leader of the outfit's political wing, SP Tamilselvan, met the South African Deputy President, Jacob Zuma, in Durban on Monday.
