April 22 (AP) Deadly foes for two decades, Sri Lankan troops and Tamil rebels worked together after the tsunami, helping one another with relief efforts in the thick of the disaster. But their leaders found little room for agreement, though the waves devastated both the Tamils of the north and the Sinhalese of the south.
