Norway hopeful Colombo, LTTE will agree on joint body

March 21 (Hindu) - Discussions "are continuing" between the Sri Lankan Government and the LTTE through the Norwegian facilitators to work out a joint mechanism for reconstructing the tsunami-affected areas in the northern and eastern districts.
