House cheers Murali wedding

March 24 (The Peninsula) - Sri Lanka's Parliament on Tuesday cheered the wedding of the country's most famous personality, cricket star Muttiah Muralitharan who married Madhimalar Ramamurthi in Chennai on Monday. MPs across the floor bade the star off spinner a blissful wedded life with the wish that he would be gifted with children who would bring added fame and glory to his Motherland, newspapers said.
