Sri Lanka 'stable' despite Tamils' departure

Feb 28 (FT) Lakshman Kadirgamar, Sri Lanka's foreign minister, insisted the country's ruling coalition remained stable despite the withdrawal of an ethnic Tamil party that has left the government short of a full majority.
