Sri Lanka ready to start talks with LTTE on the establishment of an interim authority

Feb 22, Colombo: Marking the third anniversary of the ceasefire agreement, the Sri Lankan government today announced that it continues to be ready to reopen direct negotiations with the LTTE on the establishment of an interim authority.
