No underworld in Sri Lanka says IGP
Feb 15 (BBC) There is no underworld in Sri Lanka the country's top police officer said on Monday. Inspector General of Police (IGP) Chandra Fernando told BBC Sandeshaya that the concept of 'underworld' is a creation by the media.
