Tamil official killed for removal of Prabhakaran's photo

Colombo, 18 April, (Asiantribune.com): Tamil Tiger rebels killed a Tamil government-official in eastern Sri Lanka, who had refused to hang the photograph of Velupillai Prabhakaran, the leader of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). This is the second top Tamil government officer to be killed by the LTTE this month.
