Child soldiers and double standards

April 17 (Asian News Net) The Washington Post has taken up cudgels for child soldiers. Its editorial comments on the plight of these unfortunate children (reproduced on this page today) will, no doubt, awaken the policy makers and the political potentates of Capitol Hill who tend to gloss over this dastardly crime against children, to the pressing need to act.
